We are searching for that up and coming talent in the fashion/arts industry! Diane's is in an exciting phase where all of our branding efforts are being revamped and taken to a new level of cutting edge Resort Fashion. This internship is designed to exert your true passion and talent. We are looking for interns that excel in graphic design (specializing in logos and tee artwork), window display, merchandising and interior design.

Overview:
Must be a team player that can work in a high-energy, face-paced environment. Must understand retail jargon and have a true passion for fashion. Retail experience and computer proficiency preferred.
- Work with D.C. Team to facilitate all merchandise in warehouse
- Ticket incoming merchandise
- Assist the D.C. Manager with receiving orders
- Monitor the flow of merchandise

STORE/CO-MANAGEMENT
Overview:
Looking for a high energy motivated leader to take Diane's Beachwear to the next level. Must have 1+ years of store management experience. Experience working with swimwear or lingerie is preferred.
- Recruit, train and lead a successful team of Fit Specialists that provide the ultimate level of customer service and obtain operational excellence at all times
- Diagnose, develop and evaluate the performance of all sales and stock team members
- Enforce Loss Prevention Policies and awareness on the floor in order to control external and internal shrink
- Collaborate with Area or District Manager in analysis of store-level reports; create and execute action plan accordingly to maximize results
- Uphold and evaluate established best practices and communicate feedback to Area or District Manager
- Maintain store presence and communicate merchandise needs through "Feedback to Buyers"
- Hold all store employees accountable for maintaining a clean, visually pleasing and energetic work environment
