Return Policy

For Online Purchases:
We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 20 days of purchase as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags attached. To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. Any returns made after 20 days will receive an E-Credit.

An E-Credit may be used towards any purchase made online with an exception to Gift Cards. Your E-credit will never expire and you can use it any time. If you would like to use your E-credit at one of our store locations please contact customer service to have the E-credit transferred to a Store Credit. All items that you wish to return must be received by Diane's within 15 days from the date the package was received by the customer, based on postal tracking. All merchandise must have original tags attached, liners and be in the new and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.* Please note that this Return Policy applies for online purchases ONLY and purchases placed over the phone, not for purchases made at a Diane's retail store. All accessories are final sale.

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your store locations?
Yes items purchased online may be returned at a store location for an exchange or a store credit only.

What is the proper procedure to exchange an online purchase?
1. Locate the E-Credit Return Form included in your package. Complete the Return Form by listing the return reason, code and return quantity. Please indicate the reason for return. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for an E-Credit to be issued via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-credit within 2 weeks, contact Customer Service at 877.286.5213 x 2301.

2. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package bag with all tags attached and liners) and include the completed Return Form. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

4. When returning by mail, allow 5-7 Business days from the shipping date to receive your e-credit. E-Credits may be used only for purchases made online.

Signature Required

If you select one of the SIGNATURE REQUIRED boxes (an option located at the end of the checkout process) the shipping procedure will be the following.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I authorize Diane's Beachwear to deliver my package with no signature required. I understand that once the package is shipped, it is the recipient's responsibility to track and obtain the package. All orders sent out by Diane's Beachwear are insured through UPS. This is not an option on orders over $500.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I authorize Diane's Beachwear to deliver my package with a signature required. I understand that once the package is shipped, it is the recipient's responsibility to be available to accept the package. If the package is not accepted on the third delivery, the recipient will be charged a new delivery fee to reship the merchandise. All orders over $500 must be shipped with a signature required.

If neither box is selected at the end of the transaction then all orders over $200 will automatically be shipped with a SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Orders $200 or below will be shipped with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

*If Diane's shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please contact customer service and we will gladly refund your shipping costs for that item(s) and issue a mailing label to send back merchandise. In addition, if you would like to return the merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase.

Privacy Policy

Diane's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Diane's wants to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

With your permission, the personal information you give us and information about your order may be shared with third parties. This information may be combined with other personally identifiable information available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to enhance our future marketing efforts. It may also be used by our marketing partners to bring you offers of interest. Diane's occasionally shares other information about our users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors and other third parties in aggregate, not as individuals. This data is used to customize Diane's content for our users.

Diane's needs to collect this information for fulfilling prizes, tracking/verifying compliance with federal, state and local laws and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes. When we intend to use personal information, we will tell you up front so that you can decide whether you want to give us the information or not. For example, we may want to send you materials via e-mail or regular mail at your request. In case any personal information changes, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data you gave us.

Children's Privacy Policy

We value our relationship with our guests of all ages. We welcome parents and their children to explore our site together. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we will not gather or use personal information from any guest who indicates they are less than 13 years of age. We invite their parent or guardian to assist the pre-teen guest in any sweepstakes or ordering activity with Diane's. If we become aware that we've gathered personal information from a minor, we will remove that information from our records immediately.

Users should be aware that when you are on Diane's Online, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from Diane's Online pages that take you outside our service. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information. Always be aware of where you end up!

While Diane's Online strives to protect its user's personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.
