How does the shipping process work?
All orders are subject to credit verification prior to shipment. All orders are subject to a 3-7 business day processing time, not including shipping time. Orders with Ground Shipping will typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Depending on stock availability or for special orders, additional time may occur and your order may arrive in multiple packages.
You will be notified if your order is delayed and will receive free shipping due to the inconvenience.
Please note that we do not provide overnight shipments.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will not be processed until the following business day. We ship all orders out via UPS Monday through Friday; orders are not shipped out Saturday or Sunday. Other shipping options are available on select merchandise. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your business.

Does Diane's ship merchandise to any state within the U.S.?
Diane's currently only ships within the US and to Canada. Shipping rates in Puerto Rico and Canada are subject to an additional charge and shipping may take up to two weeks. Hawaii customers now qualify for free shipping on orders over $50. Please contact customer service for more information 877.286.5213 x 2301.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
You can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you need to send items to different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
Do you ship to P.O. addresses?
At this time we do not ship to P.O. or military addresses.
FREE Ground Shipping is offered for orders that are $50 or more after discounts and promotions are applied. This offer excludes the purchase of gift cards and special orders. You have the option to choose whether or not you would like a signature required. All orders that are over $300 will be shipped signature required. Diane's Beachwear is not responsible for any orders shipped and left that have confirmed delivery. Occasionally, due to popular demand an item may be out of stock at the time that you place your order. In these instances you will be notified regarding backordered items and should expect a delay in delivery. If an item is backordered from your total order, Diane's will absorb the cost to ship your item separately to you.
