Diane's Inc. Brings Beachwear to another Level

Torrance, CA Forty-three years ago Mickie Bantle discovered the large demand for bikinis in Manhattan Beach, CA. The 150 sq. foot bikini shop became known for having the hottest fashions in swimwear and providing the ultimate level of customer service. Mickie Bantle's daughter, Diane, decided to take Diane's to another level. What once was a small bikini shop has now grown to 14 locations in Southern California which all feature a variety of beachwear fashions. Currently, Diane's is opening its fifteenth store location under a new division, Bikini , and is launching the ultimate beachwear website.

Diane's website , Diane's Online, allows customers to explore fashion trends in the beach community, research the best fit for swimwear and shop the hottest beachwear brands including: Roxy, Billabong, Becca, Body Glove, Raisins and Sunsets. Currently, there are over thirty brands represented on Diane's Online which is likely to double in the 2 nd phase – expected to launch at the latter part of 2006. The merchandise mix incorporates more than just swimwear. This site offers a wide variety of items such as: Tees, Tanks, Capris, Denim, Hats, Sandals and much more. Diane's Online is unique in the fact that customers can shop in a variety of ways. They can shop by brand, shop by category or shop by their Diane's style. When a customer selects one of the three style groups – California Girl, Beach Chic or Resort; the website is designed to sort out the merchandise that falls within that customer's style group.

Diane's is getting prepared to open the first store of their new division, Bikini . The first Bikini store is opening mid to late Septmeber in Newport Beach. This boutique will feature swimwear from all over the world including designer suits from France, Italy and Brazil. While some of Diane's locations feature several of the same brands as Bikini , this swimwear boutique specializes in high-end beach couture. Some of the featured brands will include: Vix, Cosabella, Sophia and Michael Kors. Diane's hopes to revolutionize the world of swimwear with Bikini by serving as a landmark for cutting edge beachwear.
