The RVCA Regulate is a fleece hooded button up with an all over quilting and lightly filled polyester vest. The hoodie has welt pockets at the front, a drawcord at the hood opening, and rib at the sleeve cuffs and waistband. It includes RVCA logo snaps and a RVCA flag label at the wearer's left side seam.
