This cheeky, Brazilian bottom is a simple every-day-wear that is easy to pair with any KAI NOA top. The versatile piece was named after the Kalo breed, Lehua Maoli. Lehua refers to a red color similar to the flower of the Big Island of Hawai’I, the lehua blossom. This color is reflected in the poi as it is fermented into red from grey. Maoli means “more common” in Hawaiian as it was among the more cultivated and enjoyed strains found throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Each piece from the 2016 collection has been designed to capture the spirit of specific Kalo varieties using shape, color, and design details.
This item is from the Under $100 collection.
