Exchange Policy
All sales are final but you may receive E-Credit for any merchandise that you are not satisfied with. An E-Credit may be used towards any purchase made online with an exception to Gift Cards. E-Credits may not be used towards the purchase of a gift card, are not valid on previous purchases. E-credits do not expire. All items that you wish to return must be received by Diane's within 15 days of the date the package was received by the customer, based on postal tracking. All merchandise must have the tags attached and be in the new and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.* Merchandise may be shipped back to the E-Commerce Team or taken into one of our Retail locations for exchange. Please note that this Exchange Policy applies only for online purchases and purchases placed over the phone, not for purchases made at a Diane's retail outlet.

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your store locations?
Yes items purchased online may be returned at a store location for an exchange or a store credit.

What is the proper procedure to exchange an online purchase?
1. Locate the Exchange Form included in your package. Complete the Exchange Form by listing the return reason code and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records. Please indicate the item you are exchanging by placing a check mark on the return box. Allow 3 to 4 weeks for an E-Credit to be issued via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-credit within 4 weeks, contact Customer Service at 877.286.5213 x 2301. E-Credits may be used only for purchases made online. E-Credits are valid for 90 days and it is the customer's responsibility to maintain the credit number.
2. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Exchange Form. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

*If Diane's shipped an item(s) that was different from the Original Invoice or was damaged when you received it and you would like a refund or to exchange the item(s), please return the merchandise by mail. We will gladly refund your shipping costs. In addition, if you would like to return the incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will give you a full refund by the method of payment used for the purchase. When shipping back exchanges/returns to Diane's Online, shipper is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
