Return Policy

For Online Purchases:
We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase, other than items designated as "on sale," within 20 days of purchase as long as the items are in saleable condition with all tags and sanitary stickers attached. To return items purchased online, send the items, your return receipt and a brief explanation to the address listed below. Any returns made after 20 days will receive an E-Credit.

An E-Credit may be used towards any purchase made online with an exception to Gift Cards. Your E-credit will never expire and you can use it any time. If you would like to use your E-credit at one of our store locations please contact customer service to have the E-credit transferred to a Store Credit. All items that you wish to return must be received by Diane's within 20 days from the date the package was received by the customer, based on postal tracking. All merchandise must have original tags attached, liners and be in the new and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.* Please note that this Return Policy applies for online purchases ONLY and purchases placed over the phone, not for purchases made at a Diane's retail store. All accessories are final sale.

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your store locations?
Yes items purchased online may be returned at a store location for an exchange or a store credit only.

What is the proper procedure to exchange an online purchase?
1. Locate the E-Credit Return Form included in your package. Complete the Return Form by listing the return reason, code and return quantity. Please indicate the reason for return. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for an E-Credit to be issued via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-credit within 2 weeks, contact Customer Service at 877.286.5213 x 2301.

2. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package bag with all tags attached and liners) and include the completed Return Form. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded.

4. When returning by mail, allow 5-7 Business days from the shipping date to receive your e-credit. E-Credits may be used only for purchases made online.

What are the Holiday returns?
We have extended our exchange & store credit for gifts purchased until January 31st, 2018 with a gift receipt. No cash or credit refunds. All items must be in original condition with tags and protective liners attached along with the receipt. If you fail to receive a receipt, please contact our Corporate office at 310.224.1900, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Thank you!

What items are returnable?
1. Items purchased in the last 20 days.
2. Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners still attached.

What items are non-refundable?
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
3. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
