VISUAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

Diane's Beachwear, the leading retail chain specializing in swim and beach fashion since 1959, has an exceptional opportunity for a Visual Operations Manager to join our team!

This position will be responsible for the overall "Visual Presentation" of Diane's to the world. Starting with all store visual display, graphics, signage, windows, mannequins, and over all presentation of the stores merchandise to the customer. Candidate will also be responsible to ensure overall repair and maintenance; such as lighting, repairs, seating, curtains, fixtures etc. is always at optimum and to be the liaison between the stores, corporate office and Diane Biggs, the owner.

The ideal candidate must have 2-5 years in retail visual experience, an excellent understanding of visual display and branding. The ability to understand Diane's product assortment and placement to maximize sales and bring more traffic into the stores. As a member of our team you will be responsible for the visual presentation of all product within all the Diane's stores, the work of your team members and the ability to grow your members. You and your team will oversee the flow of merchandise in and out of the stores as initiated by the buyers in a timely manner, windows and everything within, signage, branding and the overall cleanliness and presentation of the entire store.

Requirements:

• High level of creativity, excellent time management and great organizational skills
• An understanding of and ability to execute visual communication and marketing to a targeted audience through in store display, signage, windows and etc.
• Expertise in creating simple-yet powerful design elements within stores and windows
• Expert eye for detail and consistency (no detail is too small)
• Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and to lead and direct a team
